Our whole beans from Peru are grown organically by 124 women members of the Asociación de Productores Cafetaleros de la Cuenca del Rio Marañón (APROCCURMA). They are washed and sun-dried, delivering a unique flavor profile of peach, plum, kiwi, floral, and maple.

From Honduras, our beans come from the Santa Barbara region, collectively planted, processed, and curated by over 1,500 producers working with the San Vicente exporter. They are fully washed and mechanically dried, offering a flavor profile of chocolate, orange, and caramel.
